1. Soak 1 Cup Kabuli Chola/ Chickpeas overnight.
2. Boil it with 2 cups water & 2 tsp Salt.
3. In a Kadhai/Wok add oil & fry 2 Onions.
4. Add 1 chopped Tomato, Crushed Ginger, 2 Tablespoons EL THE COOK Chole Masala & Boiled Chole.
5. Cook for 5 min. Serve Hot!

1. Boil 1 Cup Toor Dal with 2 Cups water & 2 teaspoons Salt
2. Cut vegetables of your choice in dice
3. Cook till dal is soft.
4. In a Kadhai/Wok add Oil, 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds, 3 Tablespoons Sambar Powder & cooked Dal & Veggies.
