Upma with ELtheCook's Lemon Rice 'Tadka'

  • Serves - 4 Portions
  • Prep Time - 5 Min
  • Cook Time - 10 Min

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup Roasted Sooji (Semolina)
  2. EltheCook's Lemon Rice 'Tadka' (Serves 4 pack)
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped Vegetables of choice (carrot, beans, onion, tomato)
  4. Fresh Coriander for garnish
  5. Salt to taste (About 1 teaspoon)

Method:

  1. In a pan, empty Tadka packet & add finely chopped Vegetables. Cook well on medium flame. Keep stirring (About 1 min). Cover & cook for 2 min.
  2. Add roasted sooji & 2 cups boiling water. Mix thoroughly. Adjust salt. Cover & let it cook for 5 min.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander & Enjoy.
