Poha with ELtheCook's Lemon Rice 'Tadka'

  • Serves - 4 Portions

  • Cook Time - 10 Min

Ingredients:

  1. 3 Cups Poha (Flattened Rice)
  2. EltheCook's Lemon Rice 'Tadka' (Serves 4 pack)
  3. 1 Onion - finely chopped
  4. 1 Tomato - finely chopped
  5. Fresh Coriander for garnish
  6. Salt to taste (About 1 teaspoon)

Method:

  1. Wash Poha with water. Drain water completely & leave aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a pan, empty Tadka packet & add finely chopped onion. Cook till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes & cook well on medium flame. Keep stirring for about 1 min. Do not cover.
  4. Add the Soaked Poha, & salt. Mix thoroughly. Cover & cook for just 1 min.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander & Enjoy Hot.
